For tours outside these hours, please specify your request in the online form. <Included in this tour> - Personal guidance by Tokyo Foodie Sarah. She'll offer local insights, shopping and eating recommendations and answers to anything you're curious about! - Custom itinerary planning, as required. - Hotel pick-up and/or drop-off, as required. - Transportation costs for the guide within Tokyo. - Photos and videos captured on an iPhone 15 Pro by the guide, shared via Google Drive post-tour. <Not included in this tour> - Your personal expenses such as transportation fees, entrance fees, food and drinks. - Expenses for the guide's entrance fees, meals, and other costs during the tour, which we kindly ask you to cover. - Private vehicles. <Additional Info> - When booking, please share details about your preferences to help us tailor the perfect itinerary for you. - We recommend booking at least one week in advance to allow ample time for itinerary discussion. - Children under 12 participate for free. Those 12 and older will be charged the full adult rate. - Please note: While we strive to accommodate dietary needs (vegan/vegetarian/halal), some meals may not be traditional Japanese cuisine. - A vlog add-on is available with a private tour. Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling Policy: Changes to your booking are allowed but depend on availability. Please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour to adjust your plans. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are accepted, but please be aware that if they occur after the itinerary planning phase, only a 50% refund will be issued.
